Deliverance from Sin #
Romans 6:12-23
Introduction
As we continue through the book of Romans, we can see Paul is dealing with “Sanctification”. Salvation occurs the moment you call on Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour. It is instantaneous, not a process.
John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
It is simple, it is personal!
Sanctification, is the a life long process of maturity, growth, and spiritual surrender to God. This is relevant to every born again christian. This is where the rubber meets the road. WE have discussed being made righteous, this is how to live righteously.
WE have two natures living inside of us. Our old sinful nature, and the new nature, the Spirit of the Living God that dwells within us!
