Authority with the Scriptures,&#10;Authority over spirits, and Authority over sickness. He should be our&#10;Authority! We are going to look at lessons that we can learn from the&#10;Lord!&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;h2 id="i--lessons-of-prayer-35"&gt;&#10; I. Lessons of Prayer (35)&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#i--lessons-of-prayer-35"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h2&gt;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Prayer was an important part of Jesus life.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Prayer is talking with God, poor out your heart and soul, make&#10;requests and petitions, talk with him!&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#10;&lt;h3 id="a-start-of-the-day-rising-up-a-great-while-before-day"&gt;&#10; A. Start of the day &amp;quot;rising up a great while before day&amp;quot;&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#a-start-of-the-day-rising-up-a-great-while-before-day"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h3&gt;&#10;&lt;h4 id="1-ministry---service"&gt;&#10; 1. Ministry - service&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#1-ministry---service"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h4&gt;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;We are saved to serve... so every christian should be ministering!&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Requires effort, get up!&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#10;&lt;h4 id="2-start-the-day-with-the-lord"&gt;&#10; 2. Start the day with the Lord!&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#2-start-the-day-with-the-lord"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h4&gt;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Before you get busy with everything, before the people gathered around&#10;him.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#10;&lt;h3 id="b-solitary-place-solitary-place"&gt;&#10; B. Solitary place &amp;quot;solitary place&amp;quot;&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#b-solitary-place-solitary-place"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h3&gt;&#10;&lt;h4 id="1-need-to-be-alone-with-god"&gt;&#10; 1. Need to be alone with God!&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#1-need-to-be-alone-with-god"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h4&gt;&#10;&lt;h4 id="2-quite-place---no-distractions"&gt;&#10; 2. This passage is parallel passage of the one recorded in&#10;Matthew, however Mark doesn&amp;rsquo;t bring up the fact that Peter walked on&#10;water. It was an amazing thing that happened, however, it was not the be&#10;the focal point of this account. In other words, there are other lessons&#10;that can be learned from this passage, more than the fact that Peter&#10;walked on the water!&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
