Some internal thoughts, of where he is at.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;h2 id="i-davids-allotment-57-58"&gt;&#10; I. David&amp;rsquo;s Allotment (57-58)&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#i-davids-allotment-57-58"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h2&gt;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;&amp;ldquo;Thou art my portion&amp;rdquo;&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Portion &amp;ndash; A part assigned; an allotment, or dividend.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#10;&lt;h3 id="a-godly-portion"&gt;&#10; A. Godly portion&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#a-godly-portion"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h3&gt;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Portion is often portrayed in the idea of food. The portion you are served.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;The Psalmist recognizes God as his portion, what he receives in life.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#10;&lt;h4 id="i-many-desire-earthly-things"&gt;&#10; i. Many desire earthly things&#10; &lt;a class="anchor" href="#i-many-desire-earthly-things"&gt;#&lt;/a&gt;&#10;&lt;/h4&gt;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;We live in the world, we are flesh and blood.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;We see and we desire, all of marketing is built off the desire of man to have things.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;The Psalmist is content with God as his portion!&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#10;&lt;blockquote&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;1 Timothy 6:6&amp;ndash;7 &amp;mdash;6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into &lt;em&gt;this&lt;/em&gt; world, &lt;em&gt;and it is&lt;/em&gt; certain we can carry nothing out.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
