Last week we saw the Rapture, Throne, and the Lord sits on the throne.
We noted the Priestly heritage, the Promise in the rainbow, and the

Dan. 7:9 ¶ I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient
of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his
head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his
wheels as burning fire. 10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from
before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand
times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the
books were opened.

Revelation 6:1-2
Introduction
Let's go back, just for a moment, and refresh where we have been.
Revelation 1
Rev. 1:1 ¶ The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to
shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he
sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:
Rev. 1:4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto
you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to
come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

Revelation 7:1-4
Introduction
We ended our last study on the sixth seal. As Chapter 7 opens, it is
often referred to as a parenthetical. The idea of the seals being opened
is put on pause, and this chapter now introduces us to two groups of
people. So we will look at these two groups of people and make some
notes of them.

Revelation 8:1-6
Introduction
Book of Sevens – 7 letters to the churches Rev 1-3
Remember we started looking at the 7 seals in Revelation chapter 6.
The 1^st^ Seal (6:1) was that of a White horse (represented a
conquering, unified, one world government) 2^nd^ Seal (6:3) – Red Horse
– Nation will turn on nation in a great struggle for power. No man
wants to be ruled, but all men want to rule. 3^rd^ Seal (6:5) – Black
horse – that of famine which will come as a natural result of war.
4^th^ Seal (6:7) – Pale horse – Death & Hell, ¼ part of the earth
(Population) 8million, 2million die! 5^th^ Seal (6:9) – Vision of the
martyrs under the altar, crying for Justice. 6^th^ Seal (6:12)

Trumpets of Torture and Death
#
Revelation 8:13, 9:1-12
Introduction
A reminder of where we are in the Book of Revelation. The first three
chapters contain messages to the churches. Some have laid out time
periods that these fit into. They also are relevant messages and perhaps
even stages that any church can find itself in.
Revelation 4 – We believe the rapture takes place, we do not see any
mention of the church hereafter. The scene is described as being in
heaven, it is a marvelous scene of worshipping the LORD Jesus Christ.

Revelation 10:1-8
Introduction
We have already looked at the seven seals. We have looked at 6 of the 7
trumpets. If you remember, the seals, the first 6 are listed in chapter
6, and then in chapter 7 is a parenthetical statement. It is a pause in
the sequence of events, and gives us relevant facts about some of the
people, that will be dealt with going forward. We have much the same
situation here in chapter 10. We have looked at 6 of the trumpets
sounding, and prior to the 7th, we have chapter 10 as a parenthetical
statement that is going to give us some relevant facts about places. All
of this takes place during the tribulation period. The rapture of the
saved happened right at the beginning of chapter 4. We do not see
reference to the church (body of believers) after chapter 4.

Revelation 11
#
Revelation 11:1-2
Introduction
In chapter 10, we started a parenthetical statement, in which relevant
information is added to the story.
Example:
-
George was driving the car, and he was doing a fabulous job.
-
George was driving the car (he was only 12 years old), and he was doing a fabulous job.
The sounding of the trumpets was introduced to us in Chapter 8,
continued in chapter 9, when in chapter 10, the thought is put on pause,
and relevant information is given to us in chapter 10, and partially
through chapter 11. Where in the rest of chapter 11, it continues the
thought of the sounding trumpets that are proclaiming judgment on the
earth.

Revelation 11:14-18
Introduction
You will recall the woes were introduced way back in chapter 8.
Rev. 8:13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of
heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of
the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three
angels, which are yet to sound!

Revelation 12:1
Introduction
Last week, I barely mentioned the figures that are introduced in chapter
12. I would like to expound a little further on them, particularly the
woman. There are some things that need expounded to help clarify this
chapter.

Rev. 4:1 ¶ After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in
heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet
talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee
things which must be hereafter.
